About the event
Nature has so much to teach us. Unfortunately, many of us live lives that are busy and prevent us from
regularly connecting with and being in nature. This disconnection takes us away from our innate ability
to trust ourselves, others, and natural processes. This retreat is designed for participants to pause and
to step away from the demands of their busy, daily lives and to re-connect with nature.
