This – long awaited, very small – retreat is available to members of the South Reno Mindfulness community. It will be held in Bandon, Oregon, at a beautiful coastal location with private access to the beach.

About the event
Nature has so much to teach us. Unfortunately, many of us live lives that are busy and prevent us from
regularly connecting with and being in nature. This disconnection takes us away from our innate ability
to trust ourselves, others, and natural processes. This retreat is designed for participants to pause and
to step away from the demands of their busy, daily lives and to re-connect with nature.
This retreat is limited to 10 participants and is available to members of the South Reno Mindfulness
community only, free of charge. It will be held in Bandon, Oregon, at a beautiful coastal location with
private access to the beach. Participants make their own travel and lodging arrangements. Several,
beautiful lodging options are in walking distance of the retreat location, including Windermere on the

on Saturday, August 19 th , at 5 pm and concludes on Monday, August 21 st , after dinner. Details about the
