Life is the “full catastrophe” (Jon Kabat-Zinn) – joys and sorrows. I believe living this full catastrophe, every moment of it, is what it means to be human – experiencing and being with all that life presents to you.

Every 3rd Saturday - In Person and Virtual
This FREE1-hour session includes a short presentation and conversation about a specific mindfulness topic. The focus is on the practical application of mindfulness in daily life. Typically there will be a 20-25 minute guided meditation. The session will conclude with a poem specifically selected to align with the session topic.

In this three session program, we explore the role of mindfulness in the three stages of life changes – Separation, Transition, Integration. Specifically, this course will focus on transitions such as becoming a parent, career changes, and retirement, and will also address the transition from pandemic to post-pandemic life. This four-day program is an opportunity to pause from the many complexities of being a judge and find some space to breathe and reflect. It is a practice of learning to pay attention to our thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations and acknowledging whatever is present.
